NotaryConnect operates as a digital aggregator platform that facilitates the booking of verified notaries and advocates for legal documentation services, including affidavit notarization and rent agreements.

The platform provides a seamless booking interface and instant verification across India, but does not directly provide legal advice.

Every notary listed on our platform is license-verified by our internal team to ensure trust and authenticity.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their identity, location (City/Pincode), and the type of service required during the booking process.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure they possess the necessary original documents required for verification by the advocate at the time of the service.

Users agree that any documents uploaded or shared through the platform will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested service.

3. Professional Relationship

The booking made through NotaryConnect establishes a professional engagement between the user and the assigned advocate/notary.

While we strive for instant verification and seamless service, the platform is not liable for delays caused by incomplete documentation from the user's end or technical issues outside our control.
